Shortly after buying her second home with her husband, Vanessa McDonald began her real estate career in 2016 with one goal in mind and that was to build trustworthy relationships that help empower each client through the home buying/ selling process. Prior to joining Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene in Pearland, Vanessa enjoyed and continues to enjoy educating our youth and leading the mathematics department at Shadow Creek High School.

Dallas is a native of Pennsylvania and excited to have recently made a great move to the Houston, Texas market. Residing in Richmond has given her an opportunity to see what the market is all about. However, Dallas is no stranger to real estate. With over 25 years in commercial (brokerage and leasing), she has recently made the transition into residential real estate and her people skills are top notch. Being a great listener and advocator for her clients, Dallas has a long history of being there and being present when her clients need her most. In real estate, you learn something new every day. Dallas will take what she knows and share it with her clients, friends and family, helping their buying and selling decisions to be easily made, knowing they will be in a safe place. A Little About Myself: Hi, my name is Seyed Javaheri but you can call me Sid. I am a REALTOR® and an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). I have been in the real estate consulting business, assisting buyers and sellers in the midrange price zone, since 2010. My primary expertise extends to new and resale homes in Katy, Richmond, Fulshear, and Rosenberg. My approach to the real estate business is similar to what I have learned over the past 25 years in the restaurant industry. This includes treating people with respect, being an active listener, and exercising patience, all in the name of excellent customer service. After all, the real estate business is all about building relationships and connections. Helping you sell or buy your home at the right price in a reasonable amount of time is my primary mission. When I am not working you can find me outside or in the kitchen. I enjoy landscaping, gardening, and DIY projects in addition to testing new recipes from around the globe for my family to enjoy. He is a fourth generation Houstonian whose family has been involved in local real estate since arriving in Texas. His desire to serve our country led David to the Army after high school and served as a member of the US Special Forces. After graduating, as Vice President of his class in college he joined Ernst & Young, LLP as a management consultant. He turned his focus to the financial sector and became Vice President at Texan Capital Group, Inc.

In the community, David helped establish a charter school in conjunction with the University of Texas, which served as a school for at risk youths. He enjoys volunteering for local non-profit organizations and served on the board of Cornerstone Recovery. He was also a founding member of The Methodist Young Leaders for Medicine, which supported The Methodist Hospital Foundation.

David understands the importance of getting to know his clients and investing his time so every client is treated not as number but as a friend.
