During that time she worked as the preferred lender for one of the largest builders in the city and for one of the largest lenders in the nation. She has a wealth of knowledge in the mortgage industry, which has proved to be an invaluable asset and has helped her exceed her clients' expectations. By working in the mortgage industry for such a long time, it prepared her for selling real estate. She decided to switch to real estate in 2012 and hasn't looked back. Penny's thorough understanding of the market specifically the new home sales provides her with a unique perspective and ability to think outside the box when it comes to issues that may arise.

I help folks find the home of their dreams! I'll be your guide through the entire process. I'll set up a custom search for you based on wants, needs, location and price.This will save you lots of wasted time scowering through pages and pages of listings. Next I'll setup private showings and provide all the listing information for each home we tour. Once we find the right home, I'll negotiate prices and write the contract.
