Tricia Littell, has spent most of her professional career in the real estate industry. Licensed in both Texas and Tennessee, with 30+ years experience, she spent 10 of those years as a commercial underwriter, and 29+ as a licensed real estate agent, she knows her way around the industry. Using her excellent understanding of how the real estate industry works, Tricia is able to assist both buyers and sellers in commercial, residential and investment to understand its complexities and uses her experience to facilitate clients transactions. A born and raised Houstonian, Angelica Belzeski has had a lifetime of getting to know the area. She knows the school systems, entertainment venues, and all the ins and outs of the city. Angelica loves the city of Houston because of its immense diversity and rich culture and all of the opportunities it offers for recreation, shopping, and dining. Prior to her career as a real estate agent, Angelica studied Communication and Human Relations at the University of Texas. While at the University, she worked as a marketing assistant, founded and managed two non-profit organizations, and helped grow a local business. It was during this time that she found a natural inclination for marketing and a love for customer service. Her passion for helping others motivated her to get involved at her school. She worked as a campus rep for a film festival and was also heavily involved in Texas Battle for Change, a concert event which educated students about sexual trafficking and raised donations for the cause. She later worked in finance, specifically in the customer service/business development sector. She first encountered real estate when she worked as a marketing assistant for a lease management company that had seven apartment communities. Angelica soon found that working with people and helping them reach their goals was her main talent and she wanted to find a career that highlighted her skills. Her degree, background, and experience in the communication field as well as her natural capacity for marketing made real estate an excellent choice. Not to mention, as a lifelong resident of the Houston area, she has an extensive knowledge that she loves to share with each and every one of her clients. Her favorite part about being a real estate agent is getting to know her clients/their needs and working hard to provide superior service. She knows that every person has different wants/needs, which is why she feels it is so crucial to listen to the goals and dreams of her clients.

Eliana graduated with an International Business Degree from La Universidad de Bogota Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Colombia and continued her education at Texas Tech University. She worked for Tribune Company for 15 years where she held several positions including Senior International Editor and Public Relations. Eliana created close relationships for the company. This experience helped her interact comfortably at multicultural levels and earned her an understanding of different cultures.After 15 years, Eliana chose to pursue her Real Estate Sales dream. She received her Texas Real Estate Agent license in 2013 and began working on her own investments including rehabs, investment properties, land development and new construction. She also works with investors and conventional clients. Eliana received after her Real Estate Broker license and is building her company ELKA INTERNATIONAL REALTY with a great team of professional real estate agents to develop a brokerage firm that redefines the traditional real estate model by building specialized departments giving clients unparalleled expertise and a positive experience. Eliana's interpersonal, conceptual, analytical and bilingual communication skills are an asset in this profession and she easily establishes and maintains long term business relationships. She can build markets and optimize local and national sales as well as international sales. She's a member of the National Real Estate Association (NAR), Texas Real Estate Association, and Houston Real Estate Association. She also engages with her community helping with the food and blood bank and a diverse number of charities including Candlelighters, a charity for children with cancer which is very close to her heart. Eliana is a member of the St. Luke's United Methodist Church.

Melody was born and raised in Houston, TX and has spent the last 20 years living in Fort Bend County. This has allowed her to watch the county grow and become one of the most sought out counties to live in.

Melody is married to her husband, Danny, who is in the medical field and works around Houston. With only a few years shy of becoming empty nesters, they cherish the moments they have with their kids as they watch them grow into adulthood. Mostly, they enjoy traveling with their family creating everlasting memories.
