Maride is a mother and wife who balances work and personal life style to a healthy level while being a successful a realtor. She is from Pearland TX and reside in Katy TX. She is familiar with the freeways, highways, and roads in the city of Houston and all cities and towns around. If you ask if she knows the location, highly likely she knows where it located and you wont feel lost with her.

Her job is to assist clients to find property for ready, willing, and able buyers and follow the market trends to make the selling/buying process flows much easier and smoother. She loves walking into a home with my buyers and seeing their faces light up when they know that is "the one" and walking into a listing being able to tell my sellers that they have a buyer who are interested and move forward.

Hi, my name is Katherine (Katie) Rodriguez. Although fairly new to working full time in the Real Estate industry, I am an enthusiastic young real estate agent for C.R. Realty. I have lived in Houston most of my life. The past 7 years I have been living in The Heights and absolutely love it. The endless options on restaurants, athletic establishments, dog parks, and small business shops are just a few of my favorite things. I went to college at Texas State University and, in 2011, received my Bachelor Degree in Early Education. I taught in public school for 8 years with two different grades. One of the benefits of being a teacher is having summers off. In 2015, I made the decision to get my Real Estate license so I could sell my husbands custom-built homes and to help people with any of their Real Estate needs. Professionalism, patience, flexibility, and building personal relationships are just a few of the skills that I have mastered being a teacher.
