His philosophy is "work hard, treat people right, love, laugh, do good things, and have fun." His real passion is changing people's lives. He travels to Haiti to support orphanages and build self-sustaining villages.

He rides 8 days on horseback to participate in The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Parade. Martin is planning a 100-day Sailing adventure to explore the Caribbean, and possibly circumnavigate the globe.

Originally from Maracaibo Venezuela, Iliana Delgado is a Public Relations and Mass Communications Profesional who became a Realtor after a long career in Corporate World and America. She is a graduate of the University of Zulia. She is fluent in English and Spanish; she is a native Spanish speaker. Iliana enjoys assisting people in their journey for a perfect property they plan to live or purchase as an investment. Her goal is to offer careful planning and flawless execution of the process, which ensures highly satisfied customers. In her spare time, Iliana enjoys bicycling, designing and making jewelry, and any social gathering. She is married and the proud mother of two children: Gustavo, an engineer who graduated from The University of Connecticut, and Valeria attending the Texas University of Texas, Communications School.
