Muniza attended the University of St. Thomas in Houston and earned a joint bachelor's degree in International Studies and Business Administration, and went on to earn her Master's of Science degree in International Business at the esteemed Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona. I was born in Paris, and made Houston, TX my home in 1998. I am a Graduate of University of Antille-Guyane. I have over 15 years of high end customer service with a background in luxury hotels, The Hotel Lancaster and The Hotel Driskill, also fine dining steakhouses including Perry's Steakhouse and Grille. Hi, my name is Scott Yao. I have been living in the United States since 1987. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, I am also a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, and Medical Sociology. When I was living in Indiana, I developed a passion for marketing and real estate after having multiple interactions with some of the top real estate agents in Indiana. Fascinated with the idea of becoming a REALTOR®, I registered for and completed the required real estate classes and was in the process of taking my state licensing exam when I received a job offer in Texas within the medical field. At that time, in 2018, I moved to Texas and currently live in Sugar Land, just southwest of Houston. Nevertheless, my interest in real estate never wavered, so I followed that dream and became a licensed REALTOR® in Texas.
