Hello, I'm Gerran Q. Hill, GQ for short. I have a diverse background throughout many fields. And throughout those vast experiences, I've learned, implemented, and fine-tuned many techniques that are used by small through fortune 500 size corporations that I will use for you. I am a native Houstonian and have lived in North Houston, Southwest Houston, and now West Houston.  I am married to my college sweetheart from the University of Texas at Austin and boasts 4 wonderful children (1 boy and 3 girls).  On our journey as parents of 2 children, my wife and I, being Christians and adherers to our calling, felt God moving us in a different direction after the earthquake in Haiti. Our younger 2 daughters are adopted from Haiti and now reside with us. We are grateful for the calling on our life and the opportunity to change these 2 girls lives forever.

When Jerrilyn returned to Midland she worked as a contract manager for a local oil & gas company and became proficient in the often tedious but important aspects of doing contracts properly. As in often the case everything we do in life has some significance. Moving around taught Jerrilyn how to weather new situations and gave her insight into how to advise her clients who are moving into a new home, a new neighborhood or a new city reminding them that it is an exciting time. Her degree in psychology has been beneficial in helping her to understand people and to be able to counsel them or as she so aptly stated "hold their hands and take care of them". She also says "I don't mind spending an hour or tow with my clients and I won't leave until they understand everything".
