I'm a native Texan...my family has been here since it was the Republic of Texas. I grew up in Houston and would like to serve your real estate needs in Houston and the surrounding areas.

I've been a Realtor since 1996 and have worked with buyers and sellers. In 2017 I obtained my broker's license. My mission is to help people buy or sell a home and be able to look back on the process and think-"Maybe I don't remember every detail - but I know Allwyn looked out for me and my family".

I'm a real believer in training and education. The Texas Real Estate Commission requires agents to take 30 hours of continuing education every 24 months. I probably get in a minimum of 30 hours every 12 months. The real estate industry is constantly changing...the best way to keep up is to find and take training classes as often as possible...while still finding time to work!

I have served as a volunteer on the Professional Standards Committee with the Texas Association of Realtors since 2007 – it’s a way of giving back to the real estate community and of helping agents, including me, stay on our toes.

Born in Bangalore, India, I discovered the power of discipline and commitment during my formative years. To strengthen these qualities, I joined the National Cadet Corps the youth wing of the Indian Armed Forces, where I learned life skills that continue to shape my approach today. Following a diploma in soft electronics, my journey shifted towards luxury jewelry and watches, leading me to the vibrant Caribbean. Over two decades, I thrived in the high-end luxury industry, earning recognition from prestigious brands and earning authentic testimonials highlighted by local press. Transitioning into entrepreneurship, I founded and chaired Shree Jewelers, where I navigated challenges with grace and innovation. The onset of Covid prompted a new chapter as I moved to Katy, TX, and embraced a career in Real Estate. Real estate isn't just about appearances or DIY narratives it requires strategic planning, a strong mindset, and human connections. When my "Army Brat" and college years took me away from San Antonio, I couldn't wait to get back to the city I know and appreciate more than any other. But simply living in San Antonio wasn't enough when I finally returned for good. My love for my hometown motivated me to try to give back to this exceptional city by working as a non-profit fundraiser and manager for over twenty years. Those years giving back to the city and community I love helped me further understand all of the beautiful nuances, nooks and crannies of this incredibly unique and diverse city in ways I hope to share with all willing clients! Vannessa is a native Houstonian and has witnessed the area's phenomenal growth firsthand. Enthusiastic and dependable, she works hard for her clients' trust--she truly listens and cares about their needs. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, but Vannessa is committed to helping clients navigate the process as painlessly as possible. She is an outstanding communicator who practices the Golden Rule, and feels that we all need more laughter in our lives.

Her fiancé Lance is an IT Network genius and game aficionado with a penchant for woodworking. When he's not engrossed in games or covered in sawdust, they enjoy supporting the local restaurant scene, which also indulges her propensity for snapping foodie photos to share on social media.

Vannessa knows her way around the kitchen as well, and will gladly provide your choice of gumbo or Texas Red as a closing gift upon request. She loves winding down with creative endeavors, and snuggling with the family cats and Boston Terriers.

She also enjoys giving back to the community and supporting local. She is currently a Support Manager for Metta's Local Eats Dine Out for Charity program, partnered with Cy-Fair Helping Hands to help fight hunger and homelessness in Cypress and the surrounding areas.
