A native Houstonian with more than 25 years of management experience in the retail and real estate industries, Sharon Seline Wright is passionate about her clients and their needs.

Sharon began her business career in retail, and was regarded as one of the top female executives in Houston during the 1980's. At the age of 29, she became the youngest and first female Vice President of Tiffany & Co. and remained an influential leader in the retail world for the next 10 years.

In 1999, Sharon stepped into the real estate industry as the on-site agent for the first luxury high-rise condominium in Downtown Houston, and the rest, as they say, is history!

Linse is a 37-year-old Katy local, a graduate and wrestling champion from Katy High School, and an expert in the Katy and the West Houston area with over 210 closed transactions (sales, purchases, and rentals) in the past nine years. She purchased her first rental property at only 21 years old and pressed on to obtain a real estate license.







With Linse's construction and design experiences she has flipped 25 houses and owns rental properties for future retirement income. Linse has had great success as an owner of short-term rental properties on AirBnB. After graduating with a degree in Marketing, I worked as a Research and Database Marketing analyst/consultant for various companies for 22 years. Hi, I'm Lucy Gutierrez with Styled Real Estate. I am originally from a suburb of Chicago called Carpentersville. Growing up with a strong work ethic, I landed my first job at the age of 12 at a retirement center. By 14, I held two jobs while completing high school. In fact, I was even able to graduate early. After graduation, I married my high school sweetheart and we decided to make a daring move to the Katy area. The move was one of the best decisions we made, I immediately knew this is where I belonged. My husband and I are blessed with three amazing children and two dogs! Working full time, being a wife and mother were not enough for me. I decided to fulfill a personal goal and go back to school.
