Hi, my name is Zach Grigsby, but most people call me Coach. Ever since I graduated college in Jonesboro, Arkansas, I have had a hand in real estate. Growing up in San Antonio, TX, I quickly took to sports. Like many in the Lone Star State, I played football as long as possible and was blessed to be a scholarship athlete at Blinn Junior College and Arkansas State University, where I met my beautiful wife, Ashley.

Ashley and I moved to the Houston area in 2013. We have three children, Ella, Jackson, and Oliva, who are our most meaningful accomplishments. We love to huck buck and shuck on Thursdays and Sundays at The River of Life Church off north highway 6 and Clay Rd. For the past seven years, we have served faithfully at the River. Why do I love doing real estate? That's a fair question. Real estate reminds me of my previous career of coaching and teaching. However, instead of taking care of your babies, I take care of your other baby (your home). I employ the same care and attention I once did as an educator in the real estate buying/selling process. It helps to have a coach by your side to prepare you and cheer you on. With fifteen years of real estate experience and counting, I look forward to helping you and your family find the home of your dreams or maybe the home for right now. Experience John Talhelm has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with a focus on industrial site disposition, acquisition, development, tenant and agency lease representation and build-to-suit assignments. He has assisted national and international companies in the design and implementation of distribution and manufacturing networks involving waterfront development supply chain analysis, site location, new facility development and disposition of inefficient assets. Additional transaction experience includes mixed-use ship terminal operations, steel mills, business parks, commercial land sites and logistics facilities. His current activities include site acquisitions for manufacturing, petrochemical and shipping-oriented firms.
