After growing up in Lake Travis, Texas, Jeff joined the US Navy where he served four years on the USS Abraham Lincoln as a flight deck catapult and arresting gear operator. He also received a Bachelors of Science from the University of Texas at Austin in 2010. Jeff later relocated to the Houston area where he met his wife Amy.
