Bryan is a digital marketing specialist and real estate agent with C.R. Realty, specializing in residential and commercial sales across the Greater Houston Area. Licensed since 2020, Bryan has been in deep in all aspects of real estate. From apartment leasing, commercial and land sales, to casual real estate investing. Bryan is also a graduate from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston, and a Houston native so when it comes to the Houston market, no one knows it better! Having majored in finance and minored in both management and marketing, Bryan works closely with clients to ensure each transaction supports their financial and personal goals while making sure to stay informed about any new changes in the housing market and overall real estate community. I truly love this industry!  For over 25 years I have owned West Houston Design, an interior design firm located in Austin and Houston.  At West Houston Design I specialize in interior designing for new custom homes along with interior design/construction for remodels. As a designer and contractor, these projects employed my passion and creative vision which has also become an invaluable asset to my Real Estate clients. With this experience,  I am able to suggest design and décor changes,  approximate costs and provide construction timelines; this offers my clients the freedom to create a home that is personal and exceptional. My listing clients also benefit  from my  experience and hard work when it becomes necessary to update the home they are selling; resulting in  a home that attracts buyers and achieves high market values.  As an added service, I offer at no additional cost, extensive staging for clients who would otherwise be marketing an empty home.
