I moved to Katy in 2012 and have also lived in Sugarland, Missouri City and in Houston so I'm very well acquainted with the various areas of town. I am a wife, a mother of 2 great kids and I am also a hairdresser. I really enjoy listening to my clients and developing genuine relationships as it truly helps to develop trust and lets them know that their top priorities are also my top priorities. Ava lives in Tomball area with her 2 beautiful children where she has lived for over 10 years. She has raised her children in these schools, and worked closely with residents throughout the Houston area, with an expertise in her Hometown Market. Ava graduated from the Champions School of Real Estate and has several years of Title Insurance and Closing experience.

She is mentored by one of the most successful RE/MAX Broker/Owners in all of America, Nimesh Patel, who owns and operates RE/MAX Fine Properties. She has partnered with him creating The Nimesh Patel Group, with seven agents, a listing coordinator and a marketing coordinator! The Nimesh Patel Group has won several prestigious awards, most recently being the coveted Chairman's Award given to only the Top agents and teams throughout the world. Nimesh has also recently received the RE/MAX of Texas Broker/Owner of the Year in 2014, just three years after receiving it prior in 2011!

Lisa has been licensed since 2005. With over 17 years of experience, she has experienced just about every type of Real Estate situation.
