Living in the same area for over 30 years has afforded me the opportunity to serve as a volunteer in several areas of the community. What I found is that volunteering helped me develop a skill of listening to the needs of those I was serving. I want you to be comfortable with the fact that I will be listening to your needs and not wasting your time.

Serving in the military, I developed a valuable life tool of discipline, staying on task until the mission was complete. Allow me to use that discipline to work for you by guiding you through the maze of the home buying and selling process.

Kristie was raised in the Katy area and raised her children here with her husband, Robert. She attended St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas, majoring in Marketing and Management. After work, Kristie enjoys spending time with her family at sporting events, enjoying the great outdoors and watching movies. Kristie volunteered at her children's schools in Katy ISD where she held many board positions, served on her neighborhood HOA Board and is a member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Merchandise Committee. Kristie continues to volunteer throughout the year with other local organizations because she enjoys giving back to her community. With her involvement in local organizations, Kristie is in tune with what is happening in the West Houston area.

He spent fifteen years as a Project Engineer in the Oil & Gas industry specializing in large scale projects and contract negotiations in the Houston Area. Charlie is married and the couple have four children, who share his affinity for helping individuals attain the American dream of home ownership. Janice is a California girl at heart, having moved from Anaheim, CA to El Paso,TX as a chiild. She grew up in El Paso and in 2008, moved to Houston with her fiance Nick. They got married in 2009 and ultimately settled in and created a home in Katy. Her background working with customers in restaurants and later in the medical field, prepared her for a career in Real Estate. The high level of customer service she offered to her clients during these years carried over to ensure that her real estate clients receive the same level of service, communication and patience. An enthusiastic animal lover her whole life, she has a passion for volunteering with a number of rescue organizations in fundraising, fostering and aiding rescued animals. Something she has done most of her life. She has four furbabies of her own, Tucker, Gizmo, Bailey and newest addition Milo. Who remind her everyday of the gift of unconditional love. Her passion for rescue of these animals has cemented lasting relationships with many of her clients who are dog lovers or have rescued pets themselves.
