My name is Kristina Stewart and I'm a realtor with C.R. Realty and Co-Owner of the Local Property Group. I've been in the real estate industry since 2008 and am a native to West Houston. Growing up in Missouri City and Sugar Land, I left briefly to pursue my business degree, but shortly after, moved back home to start a family. My husband and I, along with our two energetic boys, have enjoyed home ownership in Richmond, Katy, Brookshire, and now Fulshear.

I have gained 6 years of quality customer service experience working as a FedEx Ground Manager, learning to importance of follow up, patience and understandings, and due diligence. I have lived in the Houston area for over 20 years and love to frequent the amazing restaurant scene we have here, from Sushi Hana to Black Bear Diner. When I am not with clients you can find me at a camp site, hiking trails and roasting marshmallows, or traveling and seeing the sights that the country has to offer.
