A born and raised Houstonian, Angelica Belzeski has had a lifetime of getting to know the area. She knows the school systems, entertainment venues, and all the ins and outs of the city. Angelica loves the city of Houston because of its immense diversity and rich culture and all of the opportunities it offers for recreation, shopping, and dining. Prior to her career as a real estate agent, Angelica studied Communication and Human Relations at the University of Texas. While at the University, she worked as a marketing assistant, founded and managed two non-profit organizations, and helped grow a local business. It was during this time that she found a natural inclination for marketing and a love for customer service. Her passion for helping others motivated her to get involved at her school. She worked as a campus rep for a film festival and was also heavily involved in Texas Battle for Change, a concert event which educated students about sexual trafficking and raised donations for the cause. She later worked in finance, specifically in the customer service/business development sector. She first encountered real estate when she worked as a marketing assistant for a lease management company that had seven apartment communities. Angelica soon found that working with people and helping them reach their goals was her main talent and she wanted to find a career that highlighted her skills. Her degree, background, and experience in the communication field as well as her natural capacity for marketing made real estate an excellent choice. Not to mention, as a lifelong resident of the Houston area, she has an extensive knowledge that she loves to share with each and every one of her clients. Her favorite part about being a real estate agent is getting to know her clients/their needs and working hard to provide superior service. She knows that every person has different wants/needs, which is why she feels it is so crucial to listen to the goals and dreams of her clients.

After completing her BBA in Entrepreneurship at the University of Houston, Megan entered the real estate industry in 2015. She is a native Houstonian, and familiar with each each neighborhood in Houston and its surrounding areas. Her goal is to guide you through the transaction process, so you feel confident in your decision to buy or sell. Being a homeowner and real estate investor, she treats every transaction with the respect and care it deserves.
