She studied Sociology/Social Work at Prairie View A&M University, and afterward began work in Telecommunication Service Sales. In her free time, Nicole is an avid hiker and has hiked Guadalupe Peak, the highest peak in the state of Texas. Nicole also loves participating in 5ks for charity and snow skiing. Spending time at either the beach or The Rocky Mountains with her friends and children Gabrielle, Lea and Leo as well as her maltipoo Icy is never something Nicole takes for granted.
