His background includes 8 years in the military (3rd generation veteran), decades in Electrical/Automation Engineering about evenly split between the oil & gas and maritime sectors. I was born in Houston and raised in Katy. I got my Bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Houston and the surrounding areas is my home. I love the people and the culture and want to be able to give back. This is why I started in Real Estate as it gives me that chance to help others with something meaningful. Kevin was born in Indiana and graduated from Indiana University. He married his high school sweetheart Marla Newbauer and moved to Katy in 1996 with their daughter Jessica (who now lives in Boston with her husband and new daughter). He has been a homeowner in Heritage Grand in Cinco Ranch for the last 12 years. After spending the first 28 years as a buyer and wholesale importer he sold his business. Kevin has negotiated his entire career with retailers and manufacturers and has been obsessed with attention to detail and customer service. These attributes have transferred nicely to the real estate business. Kevin's acumen in negotiating and putting his clients first has quickly helped him in being a successful Real Estate agent.
