Dr. Tom Spata graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston. Dr. Spata is also a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. This type of training has helped him to develop the ability to provide you with a thorough and detailed game plan for a successful real estate experience. Dr. Spata received his DDS and MS degrees and certificate in Periodontics from The University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston and has practiced periodontics for over 35 years in the northwest Houston area, where Dr. Spata learned the importance of providing excellent customer service. To provide excellent customer service, it is important to listen to the client, be accountable to the client’s needs and wants, and explain the process and answer any questions, with good communication every step of the way. Dr. Spata raised two sons while living in the northwest Houston area. In living in the area for over 30 years, Dr. Spata has extensive knowledge of the communities, schools and amenities of northwest Houston. Dr. Spata also served on the loan committee for Royal Oaks bank for over six years, analyzing and approving primarily real estate loans. This experience has helped Dr. Spata immensely in evaluating your real estate needs and getting the purchase or sale of the home or property completed quickly and with complete satifaction.

I first started my career in real estate when I went to work at First American Title as a copy shooter, 3 months later becoming an abstractor. I left title to become a car salesman at Spring Branch Honda where I was trained in how to be a professional salesman. I left SBH in May of 1999 to go to work for Charter Title Company which later became a part of LandAmerica. I then found myself enrolled in classes to become a Real Estate Agent and Realtor.
