As a Houstonian for more than 30 years and a licensed realtor for 20 years, I have in-depth knowledge of Houston neighborhoods and surrounding communities. I love what I do and pride myself on being detail oriented and up to date with the latest technologies to make buying or selling real estate as convenient as possible for my clients. Cesar is eager to fulfill his clients' real estate needs with honesty and integrity. He has called Texas home since 2009, after living in New Jersey. Prior to become a Real Estate Agent, Cesar used his goal oriented nature and attention to detail in the Pharmaceutical industry. He obtained a Materials Management Certification. Always eager to help, Cesar gained the trust and respect of his many friends and colleagues. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and adorable grandchildren, exploring new neighborhoods, reading, and exercising.

After moving to Texas in 1989, I started working in the housing business as a carpenter working on custom homes. I have been involved in many stages of building from framing, interior and exterior trim. Owning and operating Powers Building and Remodeling gave us the opportunity to work with clients to improve the value of their homes, which sparked my interested in the real estate market. After flipping a few of my own homes I developed a passion to help people improve their lives by finding the perfect home to live in. Since becoming a realtor in Texas in 2019 and Arkansas in 2023 we have been serving great clients and building life long relationships.
