Coupling a degree in Business Management and a love for land, within the field of real estate his expertise lies in the representation of residential, farm & ranch, and land tracts of an acre or more. His background in business positions him with the unique opportunity and ability to provide land use consultation, economic feasibility, and goal analysis.

His focus is connecting the buyers and sellers of residential properties, farm and ranch, as well as other tracts of land to help them achieve their goals. The years of expertise he has developed provide a strong skill-set of market knowledge and value analysis to help navigate and negotiate the most advantageous deal for clients while avoiding pitfalls which can only come from experience. From his perspective, in order to benefit clients the most, it is crucial to hone in on what are their need, desires, and ultimate goals of engaging in a real estate deal. Particularly when representing sellers and their properties it is vital to to go the extra mile to showcase, market, and accurately price properties to allow them to stand out amongst the rest. What sets him and a handful of others apart in the land business is his passion for the land through wildlife, rangeland, and livestock management paired with his in-depth knowledge of agriculture special valuations and state/federal programs to aid landowners.

With that said, community involvement is very important to him and he is proud to support and volunteer within his community as a former board member of his HOA, as a volunteer of Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, his past support of Junior League of Houston, and by making it a point to support local businesses, their owners and employees.
