Born and Raised on the East Coast, he obtained a degree in Psychology and Business in 1975. He moved to Houston in 1997 to be closer to family members being he is very family oriented.
Lou became interested in Real Estate in 2006 when he and his wife successfully started to invest in real estate properties (condos and single family homes) in Houston, Katy and Cypress.
