Chris has lived and worked in the Houston area since 1995. He has lived in the Clear Lake, Kingwood, Klein and Katy areas of Houston. A little about me:
After graduating from University of Texas at Austin and teaching middle school for 13 years, I began my real estate career in 2005 primarily as a real estate investor, where I was doing short sales before they became the “Transaction Du Jour”. As I began doing more business as a “realtor”, I discovered how truly passionate I am about this industry, and I loved what I did for a living.
A lifelong learner I am; I began networking, reading, taking classes, earning designations… basically doing whatever I could to learn as much as possible about this exciting industry. As a result, I earned my Broker’s License in 2009; I am also a Certifed Relocation Expert and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), New Home Sales Specialist, Luxury Home Specialist, and a Foreclosure Expert (SFR).
I spend an enormous amount of time staying up to date on the latest real estate trends, especially when it comes to technology.
