After graduation Brian began a 7-year career in banking and gained an in depth understanding of residential and commercial financing. With a background in credit underwriting, property valuation, and the residential construction process, Real Estate was a very natural transition for Brian. Brian has a great appreciation for property ownership and finds it rewarding to help people with such an important transaction. His areas of focus are The Heights, Rice Military, Oak Forest, Spring Branch and the general West Houston area.

Kristie Smith was raised in the Houston area first inside the loop and then settled out in the suburbs. Kristie studied Marketing and has worked in the Home Décor Industry for 30+ years. She and her husband married in 1990 and bought their first home just 6 months later.
