Dawn was born in Dover, New Jersey, but grew up in Houston. She graduated from J. Frank Dobie High School and earned a BBA in management from the University of Houston. She makes time to volunteer with her children’s schools and supports several organizations that aid military veterans. Whenever she can, Dawn enjoys photography, running and biking.

Nikoya Jones is an experienced professional with over 12 years of consulting and negotiation experience. While there she worked in procurement, specifically with acquisitions and category management. Her interest with real estate began when she worked in property management throughout undergraduate school and is where her love song with helping families find a home began. Nikoya is well versed and experienced in commercial real estate. She has completed upward 102 commercial real estate transactions for 3 major Oil & Gas manufacturing companies throughout the nation within the past 3 years; 57 in the state of Texas. Nevertheless, her passion remains on the residential spectrum of real estate and is now her primary focus. Nikoya holds a B.A. in Psychology from Tuskegee University and a M.Div. from The ITC.
