Joshua is originally from South Louisiana and has called Katy, TX home since 2011. His love for real estate started with researching and purchasing his own homes and investment properties. He dedicates most of his time and energy in understanding market conditions in an effort to ensure his clients are always in the best bargaining position. He has a natural propensity for customer service and intuitively knows how to navigate the market to find the type of property his clients desire. Joshua's ability to observe what the client's needs are and listening to their wants has made him an instant success and a client favorite.

What sets Cynthia apart from the competition is her data- driven approach to real estate. While she considers herself a bit of a generalist, eager to help first-time homebuyers as well as experienced clients, she has a special fondness for helping families moving to Houston. Being a veteran, she has moved frequently during her lifetime and she understands the challenges and difficulties with picking up and starting all over again in a new community. Having endured many relocations, she recognizes that each transaction is unique and has its own unique challenges. But she's quick to adapt to any situation and that agility has become one of her most-loved qualities.

As a Navy Nuke, she was the first female to qualify Reactor Operator on the west coast and operated nuclear power plants on the USS Carl Vinson. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Seattle University. She holds a US Patent "Method for reducing distortion in a sheet of glass."

Away from work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

A Houston native with a passion for education, Carolyn earned a degree from Texas A&M to teach high school math and coach. She has been married for 23 years and is mother to four wonderful children, two German shepherds and a cat. Carolyn's time as a swim coach and math teacher has given her profound knowledge of school districts, particularly in Katy, Ft Bend, Lamar, and Cy-Fair ISD, makes her an invaluable resource for families navigating the relocation process. I have grown up in the Property Management Industry. As a teenager I earned extra money helping with make ready at properties or filing for my mother at her office. After helping out with aspects of our family owned business part time I came to work for Memorial Property Management full time in 2016. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker. I love helping owners find the perfect tenants and getting people into a home they can enjoy. As a property manager I deal primarily with leases and that is my specialty. I also enjoy assisting people in the purchase of their investment property or permanent home, and we do help people to sell their homes as well. The best part about my job is that everyday is different! I also enjoy volunteering in the community, and spend most of my extra time volunteering for my daughter's school or spending time with family.
