About Julie Wells

As a life long Houstonian,I have a passion for my hometown. It has been amazing to watch our city expand over the decades, whether you want to be in the suburbs, inside the loop, downtown, or near the water, It is all part of the big picture of what I call HoustonI

Before achieving my real estate license in 2012, I was a small business owner which gave me the skills needed to help others achieve their goals of homeownership.

Born in Louisiana and raised in Houston, Julie loves her hometown. She currently invests and lives in Houston but enjoys extensive connections throughout the area, from city to sand.

Julie's professional associations include the Texas Realtor Association, the Houston Realtor Association, and the National Association of Realtors. She is also involved in Houston's Council of Business Women and supports the Houston Food Bank.

In her free time, she enjoys cooking, movies, and spending leisure time in Galveston. Traveling, family, and her standard poodles, Eloise and O'Henry, are her passions.I enjoy reading, podcasts, dinners with friends, sand over snow and serving over selling. How can I serve you?

Julie Wells with Living Luxxe has been the rental manager for the house I was renting for the past few years, and when my lease was close to expiring, I asked her thoughts on purchasing vs leasing again. She connected me with a lender she worked with, and started working hard to help me find something that would suit my needs. She was really awesome with everything-from looking at properties, negotiating prices and seller concessions, and just providing all the info that I needed as a first time home buyer. She was there for me every step of the way, and now I'm no longer paying rent!
