He has also demonstrated proficiency in marketing timber, supervising logging operations, leading tree planting crews, and managing hunting lease organizations. ROBERTA PLANT has been a Markham Realty, Inc. Realtor ® since 1999. She is a past President of the Huntsville Board of Realtors and Director for Texas Association of Realtors. She is on the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Wynne and was marketing chairman for The Wynne Home Arts Center committee implementation project. She also has been a member of the Walker County Appraisal Review Board, the City of Huntsville Zoning Board of Adjustments and the Huntsville Horizon Comprehensive Plan Committee. Alice has served in the Huntsville area for over 39 years. She gets great pleasure out of working with first time & experience buyers in the process of purchasing or selling of their homes. Melinda is a native Houstonian and graduate of the University of Houston, Clear Lake. After having a successful career in a corporate environment for 25 years, she decided it was time for a career change. Having built and sold several of her own homes, and enjoying the selling and purchasing process, Melinda decided to pursue a career in real estate.

When Melinda has free time she loves to travel. She is a devout Houston Texans fan and enjoys attending the home games and as well as traveling to out of town games. She and her husband also enjoy fishing and relaxing at their vacation home on Lake Livingston. She looks forward to helping others find their dream home.
