In performing these valuation services it is necessary to actually visit the properties, take pictures, perform database research of actual comparables of sold and active listings in order to determine an opinion of the market value of properties. These valuation services require her to travel all over the Greater Houston and surrounding areas to estimate value of properties of all types including small & large single-family residences, new construction, townhomes, condos, estate homes, and unique properties. This experience brings value to the table to assist her clients who are in the market to either buy or sell real estate.
