Ha Nguyen was born and raised in Nederland, Texas and moved to Baytown to begin her career as an Athletic Trainer. She comes from a background of 9 years as an Athletic Trainer and brings compassion, respect, quality, and service to her patients. She also brings those qualities to her real estate clients by providing them professional realty and consulting services to all of Southeast Texas. She resides in Baytown with her future husband, daughter, and two Labrador Retrievers.

From a young age, I assisted my father in building homes across the greater Houston area and its outskirts, cultivating a deep familiarity with the real estate industry. Driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact, I have been privileged to work with organizations such as Junior Achievement, Dress For Success, Veterans Organizations, International Missions, and Non-Profit groups in my community. My ultimate life goal is to empower others to achieve a brighter future by providing them with the necessary tools and information. I have dedicated my life to serving others, leaving a lasting legacy built upon the principles of integrity, hard work, and faith. New Jersey Native, Anjanette Stehlgens grew up at the shore area in Seaside Park, NJ. Prior to her career in real estate, Anjanette spent a majority of her adult career in the sales side of the medical field. She has a proven background in sales, first-hand knowledge of what makes houses work, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. When she made the decision to become a Realtor, it was an obvious step in the right direction and Anjanette has never looked back. All true professionals know their strengths, and Anjanette is no exception. They spend many weekends out on ranches in the Hill Country, enjoying the beautiful landscape and wildlife with their children. When she travels, it varies throughout our fabulous state of Texas to anywhere that has a beach with waves.

Teresita Prendez Harbord is a real estate professional with over 35 years of experience as a Sr Civil/Structural Designer. She has worked from steel framed houses to the Oil & Gas Industry as a Sr Structural Designer of Offshore platforms. She has been a business owner, home owner, wife and mother.
