Yadira lives in Houston with her 3 daughters and husband.

I moved to the Lake Conroe/Woodlands area in 2007 from Illinois with my husband and our three children. Once my kids were in school full time and after a few years as a pre-k teacher in Montgomery, I decided to get my real estate license, which was a career I always thought I would enjoy and I have enjoyed it since 2016!

I particularly like working with first time homebuyers and seniors looking to downsize or anyone wanting to start a new chapter in a new home. I'm committed to placing the goals of my clients before anything else and providing the highest level of service by being knowledgeable in the current market and providing good counsel when choosing a listing price or making an offer on a home. I pride myself on being available to answer any questions my clients have throughout the process. Meeting new people and building relationships is my favorite part of my job!

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends playing games and/or eating good food. I also enjoy listening to music and reading.

Realtor Biagi Cox has worked in sales for nearly 20 years. Her commitment to excellence, growth, and value has propelled her passion to serve others. She has worked for several major corporations within the sales division, including pharmaceutical. When asked what drives her commitment she simply responds "my passion to assist people. If I can help, I'm there." After nearly two decades of working in sales and a military relocation to Houston, Biagi knew that real estate was in her future. "I've always considered working in the real estate field. I remember the joy I felt, closing on my first home and the tremendous assistance my realtor provided in doing so." So when her husband, who is active military, was reassigned to Houston, TX, Biagi knew this was her opportunity to do just that…assist people in finding, selling, and leasing homes…and from that opportunity BiagiLovesHomes was born.
