My name is Margaret Nix; I was born in Kingston Jamaica and immigrated to Houston, Texas. I have been married to my husband of 24 years. We adopted and raised 5 children and had 2 of our own from our marriage. We owned and operated a children's party rental company, Jump N Smile, for nearly a decade before we sold it. This company became very successful but I wanted to continue my journey not only for children but adults and went back to college to achieve another one of my dreams. I started taking classes at Houston Community College and while attending classes, my husband and I bought into a Liberty Tax Service franchise which was an interesting adventure. I completed my real estate training at Champion's Real Estate School to become a real estate agent, and initially trained and worked at Keller Williams Signature. I later transferred and became a realtor with God's Property Realty. I love working as a Realtor, since it gives me the opportunity to help people and their families find their dream home. I have utilized my business experiences meeting people of all walks of life, and greatly enjoyed every bit. My name is Dianna Morales, I am a Bilingual agent born and raised in the great city of Houston. Growing up, I was raised by my strong single mother. She taught me to always work hard in life and treat others with dignity and respect. I have a strong background in customer service, credit rebuilding, accounting, retail management, banking management, and marketing. These skills will help me attain success and happiness throughout my career in real estate. In order to be a successful realtor, my goals are to assist every client with their real estate needs and to ensure their satisfaction through a strong fiduciary relationship. Through this process, I strive to establish long-lasting and continuous relationships with clients.

A respect for heritage, firmly grounded in faith, serving with integrity, valuing education and entrepreneurship. The foundation for these characteristics was firmly instilled in Lisa by her family. Her ancestors were some of the original settlers of the area west of the Brazos River in Texas. She watched and and learned the value of hard work from her grandparents, who were ambitious businessmen and women. She was taught the importance of integrity, faith and service to community by her parents, lessons she strives to pass on to her children and grandchildren. Though Lisa's Texas roots run deep, she grew up as the daughter of a career Army officer and enjoyed the culture of various American and European communities where her dad was stationed. Her marriage to Robert in 1989 brought two Army brats together. Robert was also the son of a career Army soldier, and he followed in his dad's footsteps, serving in the infantry. The military tradition continues with their daughter, who is a Captain in the US Army Reserves. Attending her parent's alma mater, Lisa graduated from Sam Houston State University with a BBA in Marketing in 1987. She completed master's studies in Health Services Administration at the University of Kansas and enjoyed a 20+ year career in health care marketing in the Kansas City area. Returning to Texas in 2013 after raising their two daughters in Kearney, Mo., Lisa started work in the real estate industry near Houston, learning all she could about investment properties from her father. She and Robert continue managing their own rental properties and recently completed restoration of a century-old farmhouse that belonged to her great-grandparents.

Born and raised in Idaho, my husband and I relocated in 2015 from Boise to Houston with our four children. It didn't take long for the whole family to fall in love with the city and the people here. Though our favorite place is home, you'll most likely find us at the soccer fields, baseball tournaments, and school functions supporting each other and our community.

I believe that a home is important not only because it provides a stable place to live, but it plays a vital role in building strong, stable communities and provides an avenue to build wealth. My joy in this profession is bringing people together for the good of everyone and because every person and home is unique, I treat them as such.
