I have been in real estate since 1996. My primary focus was in property management for apartment communities in the Houston and surrounding areas. It was through my first home purchase I realized I wanted to be a part of helping others do the same.

Meet Codie Blessing: Your Baytown Area Real Estate Agent A resident of Mont Belvieu for 32 years, and a former owner of a successful e-commerce business, I specialize in the sale of new and existing homes and land in Baytown, Mont Belvieu, Dayton, Anahuac, La Porte, Pasadena, Deer Park, Liberty, Crosby, Highlands, and surrounding areas.

Prior to REAL ESTATE I graduated from Barbers Hill ISD with a strong agriculture and work ethic background, obtaining my Lone Star Farmer Degree. I continued my education at Sam Houston State University for business. I attended Lone Star College and Lee College to further my business degree and obtained my cosmetology license. I earned National Deans List recognition, and I'm a Phi Theta Kappa Alumni member. After successfully selling my business I attended Champions School of Real Estate, Coldwell Banker, and HAR for my Real Estate education, and I'm looking to complete several designations soon.

I am an active Baytown and Mont Belvieu City Commerce Member, and I attend several local City Council meetings. I'm a volunteer at Barbers Hill ISD, and participate in several community events, fundraisers, and activities. I understand the importance of our resident's involvement in our community, the decisions we make today and how they affect our community's future.

Jeannette Wilson resides in Anahuac, Texas, her home for thirty years. She is married to her best friend of thirty-three plus years, a proud mother of two daughters, and a Nana to six precious grandchildren. She loves family gatherings where good food, music, and fun are sure to be had; sitting in her chair listening to jazz music while writing, or reading; and watching thriller action movies. Jeannette worked in the legal field for many years before answering the call of educator. She had the privilege of educating middle school students for ten years helping them to realize their potential and their struggle to succeed in this unfair world. When that season ended, she became a realtor to help people discover a place to call home or to move on to their next step. A home is more than somewhere to live.
