Rosanna Valenzuela has lived in the Greater Houston area her entire life, watching the city grow and observing how the real estate market has developed through the years. I am a mom of 7 born and raised in the heart of Clear Lake. Growing up around here, I have learned so much about the city and it's surrounding areas. I have over twenty years' experience in property management, gaining various valuable skills from creating curb appeal to closing contracts and everything in between, equipping me to be an impeccable real estate agent! I began my career in real estate as a leasing consultant with no experience at the young age of nineteen and was hired because of my red hair! There were two previous new hires for the position (both red heads) and both were fired. After a brief interview the hiring manager said she HAD to hire me, she said, "what are the odds of three bad red heads in a row!" At the end of my first year, I was awarded leasing agent of the year! I was soon promoted to assistant manager and eventually property manager. The management company was one of the leading companies in the industry at the time, they set the standards which gave me a great foundation and high expectations. Houston is my home; I am very familiar with the surrounding areas, and I have followed the housing market closely for years.
