She is very familiar with the real estate market and its many quirks, She has been described as a true entrepreneur, having a hard work ethic and being a genius with numbers. Shelly Walzel is a native Texan and has lived here her entire life. She holds a BBA in Business Management from the University of Houston. She has been married to her husband Spencer Walzel for 35+ years and has 2 adult children. All family members are active in the real estate world in one way or another.
