Before moving to Katy and calling it home in 2005, I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area and experienced the rich, diverse culture it offers. While living there, I started my career in banking that spanned over 20 years and received my Business Degree in Management at San Jose State University. I held different positions serving the community, such as branch manager, business developer and mortgage lender. As a mortgage lender, I pride myself in becoming instrumental in making my clients' dreams of homeownership come true. Now as a REALTOR® I guide my clients throughout the whole process of buying or selling their home and find utmost satisfaction of seeing my clients reach their goal of homeownership. After receiving my real Estate license in 2013, I left the corporate world and never looked back since. I work mostly on residential transactions and specialize with first time home buyers. Regardless of your needs or situation, you will never feel lost when working with me. I am with you every step of the way.

Originally from New Orleans, LA, Henry Egan grew up in a family immersed in interior design and real estate. Henry’s mother, an interior designer, purchased and remodeled homes as investments, using her design skills to enhance the properties and increase their value. Henry gained important lessons in the art of preparing a home for sale, as well as what to look for (and what to avoid) when purchasing a home.
Henry attended Loyola University in New Orleans and NROTC at Tulane University. He started his career as an officer in the United States Navy with four shipboard assignments. He was stationed in Norfolk, Virginia, Patuxent River, Maryland, Newport, Rhode Island, Charleston, South Carolina, and Naples, Italy and retired with the rank of Commander.
Completing his career in the Navy, Henry and his family made Houston their new home as he started a new career in the corporate world. They enjoyed seven years in Houston before relocating several times as he advanced working in the service industry. Henry and his family lived in Houston, Memphis, Dayton, St Louis, and Atlanta while his corporate career included serving as Branch General Manager then V.P. of Banking Services for Loomis Armored, Director of Operations for Alliance Services, Regional Vice President for Swanson Services and finally returning to Houston as a Corporate General Manager.
Employing the personal knowledge he earned through his and his family’s many, many moves, Henry knows the difficulties and stresses that a relocating family can experience and believes he can be a valuable resource to ensure that his clients’ moves go smoothly. He is firmly committed to understanding the wants and needs of his clients and applying all of the tools and skills he has developed not only as a Realtor, but in the Navy and corporate world to achieve that perfect end result his clients expect.
“I really enjoy the close interaction and relationships that I am able to develop with my clients and believe my experience in contract negotiation, analytical study, and project management can be a great asset for them. Working with sellers, I do extensive research to arrive at the right pricing, oversee staging the home where necessary and establish an effective plan for marketing, which ultimately results in a sale that meets all their needs. For my buyers, pinpointing their needs, identifying the right home features, and finding the perfect neighborhood that best suits their lifestyle are paramount. I’ve been there and know what’s necessary.”
An active member of his neighborhood HOA, Henry and his wife have three children and six grandchildren. Henry is also a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Serra Club, involved with his church and enjoys hiking, biking, golfing, boating, and walking the family dog.
