As a Texas Resident, I am able to levy my unique area knowledge, marketing skills and vast professional network to satisfying the buyers desire for not just the ideal home but the ideal location, school district, amenities and price point.

I am cognizant of the fact that for many buyers a home purchase can be intimidating. As such, buyers will find me to be very patient, instructive and will benefit from my customer focused approach to home sales. Sellers, who traditionally, transition to “empty nesters” or those seeking to relocate for job purposes or who have outgrown their home, will benefit from my attention to detail, marketing channels to market the property for all its worth and my drive to sell in a timely fashion.

I want my clients to have a positive experience with my services. I believe that we are a team and everyone has to work and communicate together. Referrals are a large part of a Realtor’s success and without the help of my clients, and their continued support in sending me their friends and families, my career will not flourish. As my clients will come to know, Real Estate is not just a Career it is my Passion. I believe that to excel at what you do, you must have a passion to succeed.

Adam Williams is a Houston native, with strong family ties throughout the area. A graduate of Texas A&M University and a former member of the Corps of Cadets, Adam understands the value of commitment and dedication. The core values he learned there of integrity, loyalty, respect, selfless service and leadership are the guiding principles that are at the heart of his business today. With a wealth of experience in corporate management, primarily in the oil and gas industry, Adam has a deep understanding of both complex negotiations and the construction process. Adam embodies a true "give back" spirit, donating his time and efforts to organizations in the Lake Houston area such as the Summerwood Elementary PTO, Parent Watch D.O.G. program and is an active participant in his community of Summerwood.

I'm Luz Frausto with Realty Associates. I have been serving the Greater Houston Metropolitan area since 1996. Not only that, but I specialize in residential, purchases, sale, rentals, farms and land and the International deals.. My goal is to guide new homeowners, sellers or renters through the homeownership whole process. Thank you for letting me share a few of my life experiences with you! Nearly one half of a century ago I was born and raised on a small farm in Rural Northwest Iowa. My mother and father taught my three brothers and I that hard work and honesty is truly the "secret to life". Although I did not truly get the full effect of those teachings clear back when... I sure do appreciate them now and promote the same "teachings" to my teenage son and wife and companion of 23 years.

Here is just a little about me. My passions include the outdoors. Basically ANYTHING to do with the outdoors! I love nature. I love hunting. I love fishing. I love hiking. I love the outdoors! After enjoying many years in Iowa I then spent the next 23 years of my life living in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado above 9000 feet where a bear or mountain lion on the front porch were not uncommon! I currently am on a path to hike as many of Colorado's 14,000 foot peaks that my body will allow. Of 53 peaks I currently have 17 under my belt. My son has 9 and I am extremely proud of him! Real Estate is my Life and Lifestyle. I was told once "Do what you love and you will never work a day in life". How true. I am now entering into my 11th year in this Real Estate World and I love it more and more each day! I have learned that two things are very important to you as a home buyer or home seller. I will listen to your wants and needs and in turn follow up with communication! I truly promise that I will genuinely listen to you and will work tirelessly on your behalf to achieve your home sale or purchase. The entire time we will communicate, communicate, and yes communicate. I am very fortunate as 90% of my best friends I have met through a Real Estate transaction. I believe that says a lot!
