Prior to her career in real estate, Kristi worked in the Oil & Gas industry for 17 years in contracts and procurement. Real estate is a true passion for Kristi, who comes from a family of real estate brokers. Her mother has been a Texas Broker for over 35 years, and Kristi follows in her footsteps as a second-generation Broker. In addition to helping clients buy and sell properties, Kristi and her husband actively invest in single and multifamily real estate, building an impressive portfolio. Eric Gage is a top-producing real estate agent in both Houston and Galveston County. Previously the broker/owner of RE/MAX City View located in Houston's Montrose neighborhood, Eric specializes in Houston's Inner-Loop neighborhoods and Galveston County waterfront properties.
