Stephanie Mushin is a longtime Houston resident, currently residing in the Galleria area. Before settling in Houston, Stephanie competed as an equestrian throughout the country and received numerous national titles for her riding achievements. She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston and holds a J.D. from South Texas College of Law. Stephanie’s background in law has taught her the importance of strong negotiation skills as well as the seriousness of maintaining a high level of fiduciary care and duty. Stephanie’s distinct background enables her to serve as an experienced client liaison in intricate real estate transactions. She has assisted both buyers and sellers in residential preconstruction, re-sales, leasing, investment properties, and project management.

Stephanie enjoys maintaining friendships with her clients that last way beyond the business transaction. In her off-time, Stephanie can often be found practicing yoga or pilates, jogging with friends, riding her horses or playing with her rescue dog Grappa. She also travels the world whenever time permits, her favorite destination being Italy.

Fernando has been selling homes in Houston since 2004. He began his career exclusively selling new construction and has retained knowledge of most of the builders in the greater Houston area. Originally from Monterrey N.L. Mexico, Fernando’s clientele consists of people from many cultures, but primarily English and Spanish. In addition to bilingual skills, Fernando possesses an undergraduate degree in engineering and a master’s degree in business and marketing. This depth of knowledge helps Fernando excel in real estate which requires attention to detail, strategic thinking and creativity.

Fernando and his wife, Jennifer, live in west Houston and have two sons, Diego & Pablo. Jennifer has been involved in real estate since 1995 as a mortgage consultant. Their combined knowledge makes them a strong team and ensures many interesting debates after hours.

Fernando’s personal interests include all kind of sports and anything outdoors. He has recently become interested in triathlons and is dedicated to his training. Fernando also remains active in the Monterrey TEC alumni association.
