After beginning her career as a speech pathologist, Shannon decided to combine her love of working with people and passion for residential real estate to pursue a career as a real estate agent. Shannon is an excellent communicator with an eye for detail and uses this enthusiasm to help her clients achieve their real estate needs. Shannon is a native Houstonian. She holds a bachelor's degree in speech pathology from the University of Texas and a master's in speech pathology from Texas Women's University. Shannon currently resides in the Memorial Villages with her husband and two children. Over the last 20 years in Houston, she has lived in Memorial, Spring Branch and the Heights, remodeling several houses throughout that time. She is actively involved at Bunker Hill Elementary where her two children attend school. In her free time, Shannon enjoys tennis, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Junrui Yan (Jerry) is very passionate about the real estate industry. Serving greater Houston area, and specializing in purchase, sales, and real estate investing. Junrui Yan holds Master's degree in Business Administration, and he is alumni of Louisiana State University. He is also an active reserve Army officer, Lieutenant, executive officer. A native Texan, Jennifer Stenman Castano graduated from Texas A&M University with an undergraduate and graduate degree in Accounting. A licensed CPA, she began her career in public accounting with a Big 4 Firm and eventually specialized in Private Client Services where she enjoyed working with high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and multi-generational families doing tax compliance and planning.

Valuable and confidential client service became second nature to Jennifer as she interacted with her clients during their seasons of great change.
