As a second-generation Real Estate Agent, Wally Silva is known in the Houston Market for her work in real estate development.

She received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University. She began her career as a banker and began directing her career to real estate in early 2021. She now focuses on Real Estate Development and helping clients discover the possibilities of owning and investing in Houston, Texas.

Wally is married and has two sweet cats named Bubba & Jynn. During her free time, she enjoys teaching about financial literacy and exploring Houston with her husband. Her years in the banking industry helped her gain important skills that allow her to provide the best service to her clients in real estate. She prides herself on having a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a positive attitude. I'm a Texan, born and raised on Galveston Island. I now live in Houston and sell real estate all over the greater Houston area which include Galveston, Sugar Land, Pearland, Rosharon, Katy, Rosenburg, Iowa Colony, Baytown, Woodlands, Atascocita, Rosenburg, and Lake Jackson just to name a few. Jonsua Perez is a native Houstonian. While gaining almost a decades worth of experience in the multifamily industry, he developed a drive to help others find their future residence. This inspired his passion for real estate and the future it entails for those he serves. This passion coupled with his hardworking, integrity, and service driven personality has allowed Jonsua the opportunity to serve Houston residents in the real estate process.

When not helping Houston with their real estate endeavors, Jonsua enjoys spending time with his friends and family. He is a devoted husband and frequently travels with his beautiful wife to the best places with a beach. Native Houstonian and member of the Martha Turner Sotheby’s Circle of Excellence, Sabrina Elias, began her residential real estate career after many years as a middle school and high-school teacher. Sabrina credits her teaching background with equipping her with the skills for success in life and business.

Giving back to the community is a priority in Sabrina’s busy schedule. Now a sustaining member of The Junior League of Houston, her active JLH placements included mentoring teenagers and Head of Volunteers in the JLH Tea Room. Over the years, she has also volunteered for her children’s schools and their PTA groups.

Sabrina, her husband and two teenage children live in the Memorial area. When time permits, she enjoys baking, reading, spending time with her family, tennis, and traveling.

April Lee began her career in the Houston area real estate industry in 2011, specializing in wholesaling, investments, residential, and marketing to gain the best results for her clients.
