Jessica was born in Ecuador, and after graduating high school she moved to Florida in search of better opportunities. In 2003 she began her career in the multifamily industry. Jessica earned a diploma in Management and Leadership in 2018 helping to further her skills as a property manager. She has not only managed many multifamily communities, but also helped employees to advance their careers. After almost 17 years in the apartment industry, having had the opportunity to be a part of people finding a new home and starting a new chapter in their lives, she decided to pursue her passion for real estate. This passion combined with the ability to communicate with clients, organization, customer service orientation, marketing skills, professional development, possessing an investor's mentality, and years of experience has been essential to her real estate career. She has built a solid foundation from her multifamily experience that she uses daily in real estate transactions educating clients. Jessica's clients often described her as detail oriented, proactive, kind, and fun to be around. Her goal is to continue helping people find a new home for themselves and their family as she understands this is an important step in anyone's life. When not helping home renters, buyers, and sellers, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Después de casi 17 años en esta misma industria, ella ha tenido la oportunidad de ayudar a personas a comenzar un nuevo capítulo en sus vidas guiandolos a encontrar un nuevo hogar. Es así como nació su pasión por las Bienes Raíces. Esta pasión junto a sus habilidades de poder comunicarse con clientes, organización, mercadeo, desarrollo personal, el procesar una mentalidad de inversionista y años de experiencia ha sido esencial para su carrera de Bienes Raíces. Imelda is a native Houstonian with a heart of gold and unbridled enthusiasm. Imelda began working in the property management industry, where she worked for over nine years. Ready for a new challenge, Imelda received her real estate salesperson license and a new passion began. Her experience in property management and familiarity with Houston will be assets to both buyers and sellers.
