Bill began his professional career serving as a U.S. Naval Officer in the Middle East managing petroleum shipments in Bahrain, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia for the Department of Defense.

Danielle earned a B.S. in Elementary Education from The Gwynedd-Mercy University, located in Gwynedd Valley, Pennsylvania, a M.Ed. in Elementary Education, with a minor in Child Psychology, from The College of New Jersey, located in Trenton, New Jersey, and she holds a Reading Certification from Lehigh University, located in Lehigh, Pennsylvania. Danielle is a Certified Short Sale Negotiator, a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, and a Certified Negotiation Expert. Danielle is Transnational Referral Certified. Danielle possesses over 35 years of real estate investment and development experience in U.S. and global markets.

Danielle was the Founder, Director, and Administrator of Caravaca Academy and Apple Core Coalition, both located in The Museum District in Houston at #1 Chelsea Blvd., and both focused on enhancing elementary education and academic excellence in the school systems of the Houston Metropolitan Area. Danielle is of French-Spanish Heritage, her family having longstanding roots in Spain and France.
