Tracy P. Stacey grew up in the Carolinas and graduated from the University of South Carolina. During college she earned a commission as an officer in the United States Marine Corps and spent the next 11 years on active duty. Over the course of her Marine Corps career, Tracy moved 17 times, purchased 3 homes, sold 1 home, and managed 1 home as a rental property. Her experience in buying, selling, renting, and moving provided her with a solid foundation from which to launch her career in real estate. Tracy knows the stresses of buying and selling homes, managing rental properties, and moving from personal experience.

Tracy, her husband, their two daughters, dog and two cats most recently made the move from their last duty station in San Diego, CA to the Clear Lake area. Having seen and lived in diverse areas across the country, the Staceys decided there is no better place to put down roots.

Tracy is involved with her church and the local library, and continues to serve the country in the Marine Corps Reserve. Dana Pennington is a native Houstonian and has been fascinated with all aspects of real estate since she was a child. She loved to wander into open houses to look at colors, architectural design, rooms and all the features in every home. Since then, she has watched Houston and surrounding areas change, develop and grow!

Dana began learning more about real estate when she started her career as a paralegal over 32 years ago. She worked on complex real estate and corporate transactions including civil, contract and corporate litigation. Dana became a licensed real estate agent in 1997 to not only compliment her paralegal career but to provide exceptional service and experience to her clients.



Dana has gone on to become an Accredited Staging Professional and a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist helping clients in the probate process by navigating a smooth journey during a difficult time.

In addition, she has obtained her certification as a Notary Signing Agent assisting clients with vital documents as well as assisting title companies, mortgage companies and attorneys with closing transactions in person or online.

Dana is a dedicated advocate for those with special needs and disabilities. Her son, Tyler, has Down Syndrome. She is resourceful and well educated in fighting for the rights of this population and has helped many families with special needs/disabilities with their real estate needs.

Dana currently serves as President of Harris County Constable Precinct 4 Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association since 2013. Her son, Tyler, is an honorary deputy for this agency including the Harris County Sheriff's Department. She is dedicated to serving the needs of first responders and veterans.
