I served 8 honorable years in a Communications Battalion of the US Marine Corps. As a former Marine, I have acquired effective observational, communication, and problem-solving skills along with adaptability and efficiency. Before embarking on her real estate career, Patricia held a position as lead consignment coordinator at a renowned Houston auction house from 1988 until 1996. Since 1995, she has also been an antiques and collectibles dealer, as well as a contract designer for Reidy's Antiques. Her design work includes homes in the neighborhoods of Tanglewood, Memorial, River Oaks, vacation homes in San Antonio, Bergheim and Brenham, Texas, as well as a ski lodge in Beaver Creek, Colorado.

I live in the Cypress area and have been amazed at how much it has grown. I cannot say I spealize in one specific area but as a seasoned agent, I am well aquainted with so many communities in and around the Cypress, Katy and Energy Corridor areas. Working in the Greater Houston market covers so much ground! Never a dull moment! The Heights, Midtown and other inner city neighborhoods have so much historic charm that I enjoy to show to new and originial Houstonians. Never a dull moment! Most recently, I have noticed the expansion of Houston has drawn interest towards more rural and open spaces of Waller, Bellville and the Byran/College Station areas to Montgomery and beyond. I have fallen in love and can appreciate that difference in pace. Due to the pandemic, there has been a shift in the possibilities for home buyers. I feel in part, it is due to more and more people having the opportunity to work from home. This has allowed for more flexibility when narrowing down in area of interest. My story started in California but over half of my life has been here in Texas. There is nothing quite like my beloved west coast but there is nothing quite like the Lone Star State! My husband introduced me to the world of Golf...I am a huge fan. To my family's amusement, my oldest son and I have become avid "backyard bird watchers" and I have slowly become the "plant lady" ... it's the little things that hug the heart & melt long days away!
