Her clients and friends would all agree that Vikki Evans was destined to be a Realtor. Her history as a successful bond broker, a marketing director for a money manager, and a home insurance agent have all led her to her starring role as a Realtor with Compass, where customer relationships are the true measure of success.

She sees her clients' homes as not only a direct reflection of their unique personalities, but as the base point for lifelong memories. Evans' success in the real estate industry was validated by a membership in the coveted Circle of Excellence Hall of Fame.

Evans' other "work" is giving back to the Houston community. For 35 years, she has served in leadership positions on the boards of the Jewish Federation, the Houston Jewish Community Foundation, the Women's Business and Professional Group (President from 2015-2017), BNI Greenway Plaza, The Emery/Weiner School, and is a current vice president of the board of Jewish Family Service. In June of 2016, Evans was nominated for Woman of the Year by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, which culminated in donations of more than $76,000 to cancer research.

Both in 2017 and 2018, she chaired a city-wide film and arts festival in partnership with the Mayor's office and TIRR Memorial Hermann, to promote inclusion and understanding for people with disabilities. ReelAbilities Houston is now the largest festival of its kind in the country.

When she is not working, Evans enjoys exploring downtown Houston, exercising at The Houstonian, traveling, and all forms of art and theater. Vikki and her husband, Rich, have been married since 1986 and are the parents of two grown daughters and their French bulldog, Lola.

Lesley has an innate ability to see beauty and possibility in the world around her. Prior to becoming a realtor, Lesley spent over 15 years as the vice president of sales and marketing for a beauty manufacturing company. She spent those years creating and implementing sales campaigns and educational courses.

After she and her family made the move to Houston, Lesley quickly fell in love with the beauty of Texas. From the sprawling farmlands to the bustling city high rises, Lesley has made it her mission to help people find their perfect home in the Houston area, just as she did. She truly wants to help people find their way home.

She has a passion for the arts, DIY, and home improvement projects. In her spare time, you can find her creating or designing something. Lesley and her husband have tackled several projects in every home they have owned and she is always willing to share her knowledge with her clients and to help them see the possibilities a home has to offer.

Wayne was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA.

He attended Temple University in Philadelphia and received a BS degree. After university he lived in Africa for 3 years. He arrived in Houston, Texas in 1975 for a “short stay” and has been there ever since.

Wayne was the top salesman with a real estate company in the late 70’s and early 80’s In 1986 Wayne and his wife, Jackie, opened Wayne Murray Realtors, one the leading independent realtors in the Houston real estate market.

In January of 2004, Wayne Murray Properties joined Weichert, Realtors as an affiliate.

Wayne is a member of Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, & Texas Real Estate Teachers Program.

He has taught real estate at the University of Houston, Houston Community College, San Jacinto Community College, and Champions School of Real Estate. He was one of the first teachers in Texas to instruct in both ABR and MCE.

Wayne is the present Vice Chairman of HAR Credit Union. He has served HAR in the areas of Government Affairs, Political Affairs, Public Relations and Realtor Education in Texas.

Presently Wayne is serving on the Greater Houston Partnership, is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and The Rotary.

Finally, he and Jackie have 37 real estate agents. Their company today is Weichert, Realtors Wayne Murray Properties. The company is pro-active in the community and has been involved in local charities such as Toys for Tots, Houston Habitat for Humanity, Amigos De Dios and Quail Valley Church.
