A native Texan with an extensive background in interior and architectural design, merchandising model homes, and homebuilding, Jeanine Kaminski-Ditzel has designed, decorated and marketed homes in many of the most prestigious Inner Loop neighborhoods, including Oak Estates, Royden Oaks, River Oaks, Highland Village, Glendower Court, West University, Southampton and Southside Place.

Charged with the responsibilities of finding lots with market potential, estimating sales projections, then negotiating deals, purchasing and developing land for building custom homes, pricing costs for construction, and designing every detail down to the landscaping, Jeanine has developed a wealth of skill and experience that have also provided her with an infinite number of resources upon which to draw with her clients as the beneficiaries.

As President and Owner of Domicile, Inc. a retail, design and merchandising firm focused on modeling and staging new construction properties, Jeanine has won design awards on both local and national levels. Tori is a native Houstonian, and loves the diversity and culture of her city. She has a warm personality and enjoys meeting new people.
