Raised in an entrepreneurial family, LaQuita Carter, a Houstonian, was eventually drawn to real estate. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice in 1999, also a double Master's Degree in Counseling and Marriage and Family Studies in 2001 from Prairie View A&M University. Born with a passion for counseling and her years of expertise in providing personal consultation, LaQuita soon found a new career in real estate that would marry and merge her professional experience. LaQuita is a designated subject matter expert, published author and consummate professional Realtor at Keller Williams Realty. She offers her clientele customized consulting with concierge services that ensures her client's goals and objectives are maximized. LaQuita currently specializes in residential and luxury homes including working with local builders. LaQuita lives near Houston with her family. She serves her community as volunteer for non-profit organizations. In her spare time, LaQuita Carter supports a mentoring organization she founded and spends quality time with friends and family.

Born and raised south Texas girl. I relocated to Houston in 2008. Hobbies include running, biking and anything outdoors. Entering the Real Estate market in 2011. I joined an established team.

Lee Smalley has moved around a lot. Born and raised in Scotland, Lee and her husband, who is in the oil and gas industry, have relocated to Singapore, Australia, and Malaysia before settling down in Greater Houston in 2014.
