Born in Houston, Texas, Rachel is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Textiles and a minor in business. She is a former math teacher in Spring Branch I.S.D. in Houston and Katy I.S.D. in the Houston area. She is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Houston and a member of the Latin Women's Initiative. She supports the Houston Humane Society and Barrio Dogs.

Tatiana is a member of the National, Texas and Houston Associations of Realtors (NAR, TAR and HAR). She holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the Lomonosov Moscow State University, fluent in Russian and conversational in German.
