Andreana is a native Houstonian and a graduate of Texas A&M with a degree in Industrial Engineering. She recently returned to Houston after living and working in the San Antonio area for 12 years. Andreana has been active in real estate for the last 10 years, managing her rental portfolio and starting her real estate investment business. She is passionate about helping her client's find their dream home. She's active in her community as a Girl Scouts troop leader for 2 different troops and Coaches in her church soccer league.

Living on a ranch for the last 30 years in Lavaca and Colorado counties explains my love of the land and all it has to offer individuals and families. As a retired educator from the Weimar/Schulenburg area, I have a sense of family and community in Colorado, Fayette, Lavaca counties, and beyond. I enjoy a great relationship with my 2 adult sons, family, and friends. My church family is Faith Lutheran in Weimar. I have many travel experiences and look forward to more of them. I am enthusiastic about learning daily.
